MORRIS, Lincoln Godfrey (1887- 1967). Born in Newport, England, Morris studied architecture, at South Kensington Art School, London. He came to Canada in 1909, and continued his studies with Maurice Cullen and Adam Sherriff Scott. Working in oil, watercolour and pencil, his subjects include coastal scenes with fishing boats, also painted in Gloucester, Massachusetts. (1922-1951), and exhibited with the RCA in 1922, 1938, 1944 and 1947, and with the AAM in 1943 and 1951.
